Dr. Yanela Ndabula is based at the Centre for Higher Education Research, Teaching and Learning (老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网) at Rhodes 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网, where she focuses on student development and learning. Yanela previously held a researcher and then lecturer role with the Critical Studies in Sexualities and Reproduction research programme at Rhodes 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网. Currently, she is leading the implementation of a first-year mentoring programme that promotes peer learning in undergraduate education. Her expertise also extends to postgraduate support, having served as a Writing Circle Coordinator at the Centre for Postgraduate Studies.
