All societies that will be at the extravaganza are asked to contact council member, Beverly Chanaiwa at (srcsocieties@ru.ac.za) or alternatively at (srcinternational@ru.ac.za ). Societies must include the number of desks and chairs they will require at both signups and the extravaganza.
The name of a contact person and a phone number must also be provided. If your society will require access to a plug point for any reason ensure to make this clear in your email to the Councillor. The event details of both the Extravaganza and signups are as follows:

Society Chairs are also asked to take note that the Societies Chairs Training is compulsory for all society chairs. Failure to attend will result in the society being deactivated and not being recognised for the year. Chairs are also asked to indicate their preferred diet for the Society Chairs Training; choosing between Default, Vegetarian or Halaal. These and any other dietary specifications must be communicated to Councillor in advance. The event details of the Society Chairs Training are as follows:
