Summary

Tamryn is in her final year of her PhD. Her project is focused on the identification and characterisation of a novel baculovirus isolated from a laboratory culture of litchi moth, Cryptophlebia peltastica. With further characterisation the virus will hopefully be developed into a microbial control agent that can be used to control several lepidopteran pests in the agricultural sector.
