I study the implimentation of strategies that are meant to promote the dissolution of of the tendency to "work in silos" and promotes Systems Thinking in practice capabilities in Tsitsa Project stakeholders. In particular I am involved in the problem of communicating system-dynamics to a wider stakeholder audience. My expertise is in System Dynamics Modelling.
