Qualifications and exerience

Wellington served as a Primary school teacher for 15 years and was a School Principal for 4 years.
He is now a full-time PhD student in our team.

Education

• Masters in educational management: Examining the effects of subject specialization at primary school. A study of 10 primary schools in Mrewa District of Mashonaland East.
  Main Research Question: What are the effects of subject specialization at primary school level?
• Diploma in Special needs education- visual impairment.
• Bachelor of Arts English and Communication Studies. Diploma in Education- Primary.

Doctoral study

PhD proposal title: Exploring mathematical identities of learners who participated in after school maths clubs in Grahamstown.
