Summary:
Mame Faty Mbaye obtained her doctorate in the field of renewable energies from Cheikh Anta Diop 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网 in Dakar in 2014.

In 2015, she joined the Polytechnic School of Thiès (Senegal) as a teacher-researcher in the field of Industrial Engineering and Renewable Energies.

Her research work is divided into two main parts. The first is devoted to the simulation and characterisation of mono or bifacial photovoltaic cells and series vertical junction photovoltaic cells, while the second focuses on PV injection into electricity grids.

In summary, Mame Faty Mbaye is an experienced engineer and researcher working in the field of Industrial Engineering and Renewable Energies. Since 2019, she has held the position of Head of the Electromechanical Engineering Department at the École Polytechnique de Thiès.

Research:
My thesis work is a contribution to the study of the photothermal response of a bifacial solar cell in the frequency-dynamic regime under constant multispectral illumination and the effect of a magnetic field. After solving the continuity equation for the minority charge carriers, we established, with a few justified approximations, the heat equations in the presence of an optical heat source and the new boundary conditions for solving them.

The density of excess minority carriers, the amplitude of the temperature variation and the flux density are studied for different values of the angular pulsation and the applied magnetic field. The Bode and Niquist representations of the thermal impedance were used to propose an equivalent circuit for the solar cell.
