Introduction:

This workshop was organised by the Rhodes 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网 Topology group with a purpose of introducing Nelson Mandela 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网 (NMU) and Rhodes 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网 (RU) Mathematics students (2nd to honours level) to some areas of Pure Mathematics offered both at NMU and RU. Lectures in the following areas were given:

1. Lattice Theory, by Dr Mbekezeli Nxumalo

2. Graph Theory, by Dr Sinoxolo Xhanti

3. Topology, by Dr Mbekezeli Nxumalo

There was a competition based on these three areas. This competition was between NMU students and RU students.
