Rhodes 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网 ombud, Advocate Les Roberts’ contract has been extended by Council from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023.
Adv Roberts was appointed as ombud in 2020 for a period of two years.
The ombud’s role is to create an appropriate channel for the final resolution of complaints involving stakeholders where complainants deem the existing 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网 structures and processes inadequate.
The ombud’s office is independent of the 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网’s structures and is not an agent for the 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网 or its structures. It does not aim to replace any of the 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网’s existing structures but seeks to complement and supplement these structures in the interest of administrative justice.
