There are several links on the IWR website to both the SPATSIM modelling framework and to specific models. One of the models that is widely used by the IWR (and others) for regional water resources assessments is the Pitman monthly time-step rainfall runoff model. The linked resources given below provide more detail of how to use the Pitman model in an uncertainty framework and discuss some of the issues of applying the model. The pdf file also provides a quite comprehensive list of scientific papers that have been written on the application of the model.
