Biography:

Miracle Ogagaoghene Osoh is a PhD student in Water Resource Science at the Institute for Water Research, Rhodes 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网. His research focuses on the overarching effects of urbanisation on riverine systems' water quality and ecological integrity using macroinvertebrates. He is particularly interested in the patterns and extent of man’s exploitation of riverine resources to proffer relevant recommendations that influence policy and ensure their sustainability.

Miracle holds an MSc in Ecology and Environmental Biology from the Department of Zoology at the 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网 of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a BSc (Hons) in Animal and Environmental Biology, 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网 of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. For his BSc and MSc programmes, he focused on the cyto- and genotoxic effects of spilt oil on surface water, and the consequences of leached waste oil in groundwater on humans, using model organisms, respectively.
