Chika F. Nnadozie joins us at IWR as one of our newest postdoctoral fellows holding the Rhodes fellowship. The IWR is multidisciplinary and inspire intellectual environment in which young researchers can influence the direction of their research. Therefore, Chika is interested in collaborating with researchers involved with projects covering application of next generation sequencing approaches to interpret the genetic diversity and metabolism of microorganisms in freshwater, and other environments, tracking the fate of pathogens and antibiotic resistant genes from wastewater treatment plants to receiving rivers.
