It is the only country which simultaneously has the highest and lowest ratings in certain areas. It also highlights the fact the South Africa, with a propitious mix of the essential ingredients, and the political will, is able to have a bright future.

The attached comprises (1) a letter of appeal to Members of Parliament and other Influential Persons; (2) a paper covering the sources / drivers of economic growth; (3) using international ratings, the paper points out, within the context of (2), why South Africa is not a winning nation, and is letting its people down; (4) the paper infers where the solutions lie.
