Sibonginkosi Mpofu is a PhD candidate with the Critical Studies in Sexualities and Reproduction programme. She completed her Honours and Master of Arts degrees in Demography and Population Studies at the 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网 of the Witwatersrand. Her Masters research examined the relationship between female genital cutting and sexual behaviour in Kenya and Nigeria. Her current research is on conflict related sexual violence with a focus on the Gukurahundi Genocide that happened in the early 80s in Zimbabwe.
