Whilst it is obvious our curricula in higher education need to change to better accommodate student needs, it is less obvious what is needed and how such changes can be implemented. Whilst this talk offers no concrete answers, it does present insights from the Science Foundation Programme about who our (science) students are, what we expect of them, and how they are responding.
