Kevin is currently a Senior Lecturer with the Rhodes Business School. He lectures Leadership and Knowledge Management on the MBA program, Business Development and Consulting, Leadership for Sustainability on the PGDip program. He coordinates the Part Time Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Management at the Business School. 

With Business School external business partners he focuses on delivering and facilitating Leadership Development programs, modules and courses. Clients include Mercedes Benz South Africa, Mercedes Benz Australia, Mercedes Benz South East Asia (India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, China), Barloworld and Spar. 

In partnership with Duke CE he supports and delivers qualification aligned courses with Momentum Metropolitan, IWFSA, ABSA, Omnia, Citi Bank and Astron Energy.

His research interests include role transitions (specialist to leader) and Adaptive Performance in workplace.
