Leave from course or syndicate workgroup sessions is granted only in extra-ordinary circumstances. Reason for absence must be submitted 48 hrs in advance in writing and supporting proof e.g. a letter from a doctor. Leave of absence on compassionate grounds only applies to immediate family. Normal work obligations do not qualify for leave of absence. Please note, an attendance register is signed at every lecture.
