There is a mixture of assessments applied, namely participation in class, tests, assignments and examinations. It is also a requirement that you work in syndicates and some subjects may require that you hand-in group assignments. Assignments and exams generally contribute about 40% of the final subject mark. Assignments are normally required to be submitted 6 weeks after the completion of the teaching block and examinations (pertaining to subjects from the preceding teaching block) are written at the commencement of the following teaching block.
