Melusi Dlamini's doctoral work on masculinities, explored the ways that love, gender and sexuality shape the lives of young men in the townships of Durban, KZN. Contextually, his broader research interests essentially centres on the intersecting lived experiences of young people as they navigate gender inequality, poverty and violence. Prior to joining Rhodes 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网, his work focused on HIV/AIDS, human rights and sexual and reproductive health for marginalised populations in Eastern and Southern Africa.
